As per our General Terms you have the right to revoke your purchase within 14 days after receiving your purchase without stating reasons for doing so. Cleaning products can only be returned if the packaging is unopened. If you wish to revoke your purchase, please contact us on contact@oribixie.com so we can arrange the return. After we receive your return you will be refunded the purchase amount including the original shipping costs within 14 days. You are liable for the costs of returning the goods.

Should you find the product you received from us not meeting the quality standards you would expect, please contact us on contact@orbixie.com so we can arrange for you to return them to us free of charge within 90 days from the date of purchase. At your choice we will either ship you a replacement order (stock permitting) free of shipping costs or refund the purchase amount of the products to you within 14 days.
